Mid restoration of this industrial relic, the potential to create an internal courtyard was unearthed and in turn was designed to become the lungs and heart of this new creative hub. Intentionally minimal, yet with an attention to detail the space plays home to Redfern's newest tree tenant, creates a welcome breakout, event and outlook space for the building tenants and provides an outdoor dining room for Henry Lee's Cafe.
